Argus Intellectual Enterprise is a law firm specializing in intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright) and other related legal fields, such as licensing and contract support. We focus on helping individual inventors and businesses recognize their intellectual property and build, grow, or allow other businesses to recognize value created thereby.
Argus places great emphasis on providing affordable services while maintaining close client relationships to best protect intellectual property and understand business goals. Our patent attorneys have degrees in both law and engineering or science, with a range of technical skills, including manufacturing/packaging engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, civil engineering, and/or aerospace engineering.
The Partners
Jordan and Daniel are the founding partners of Argus, each with a focus in patent preparation and prosecution for domestic and international clients. Together they have drafted and prosecuted over 400 nonprovisional patent applications, as well as performed numerous infringement analysis and provided freedom to operate opinions.
After earning her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Goucher College, Jordan began a career at DuPont as a research scientist. While working for DuPont Jordan obtained an MBA from Drexel University and later earned her
law degree from Widener University School of Law with Pro Bono distinction, having performed over 100 hours of volunteer legal work in the community.Jordan began her intellectual property (IP) career helping many inventors and companies receive both patent and trademark protection in a wide range of technology areas at an IP focused law firm, where she later became the managing attorney. As managing attorney, Jordan was able to leverage successful strategies developed on various patent cases within the firm. She is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova, Daniel earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Before starting Argus, Daniel was a senior-level associate at a patent law firm, where he managed global patent portfolios for distinguished research institutes and several emerging tech companies.
Daniel is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
